A: Yes, we provide custom service, customers only need to provide their sketches. If you
don't have, please send us some detalis for size/weight, and we will arrange designer to make sketches for you .
2.Q: What is your MOQ ?
A: If customized items , 500-1000 pcs is acceptable. Stock items 10-100 pcs can be ordered. This is our big advantage because we support small business
3.Q: Are your products good quality?
A: Yes, we only make and sale high quality products.
4.Q:How many days for the samples ?
A: Samples time will be 7-10days . Delivery time 10-15 days based on the 1000 pcs.(Please consult us for details!)
5. Q: What is the payment method accepted?
A: We accept Paypal, western union, T/T, and some other methods if customers are more convenient.
6 .Q: May I have some samples for checking before ordering?
A: Yes, we can send samples to you if you need, but could you please afford the shipping cost? If not , then we advice take photos to show you .
7. Q:How can I get the samples ?
A: For small quantities, we suggest go with Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT and so on we work with some couriers where we can got better freight,and you may not even pay the customs fee when importing.This freight will be 20USD under 0.5KG .4 days reach .
