1.FEATURESTruck spray booth IT-15-5A comes with dimensions of 15000*5000*5000mm, and downdraft airflow. The extraction is through pit with grids in the ground. With the air drafted through one or several rows of grids, protective airflow seals can be formed around the vehicles, which helps achieve quality paint refinish effects.
It is equipped with 2 sets of standard air handling units (2*11kw/set) and high efficiency heating unit. The empty loaded air speed is above 0.25m/s.
And the inverter control provides the option to slow down the running speed of the fans when preparation work is taking place inside the booth, which helps save thousands of energy costs in the years to come.

3.DETAILS
AIRFLOW
IT-15-5A spray booth comes with downdraft airflow. It has 800mm high plenum, in which diffuser is equipped. The airflow passes through the diffuser first, where its velocity can be slowed down, and then the air flows to the plenum through holes of the diffuser, and fills the plenum, which greatly helps form more well distributed airflow inside the plenum. This in turn creates superb condition for the balanced vertical airflow from the plenum to the workspace. The well balanced airflow provides perfect workspace and airflow for quality paint refinish.

REINFORCED BOOTH STRUCURE
There is reinforcement structure to ensure the overall strength of the truck spray booth. The reinforcement is "Π" beam consisting of 80 x 80 square tubes. "Π" beams are distributed evenly along the cabin, and linked and reinforced by 80 x 80 or 80 x 40 square tubes.
