Introduction
Spray booth comes out as it is seasoned with spraying for whole surface of modern automobiles, part repair and baking which can provide operation room of cleanness, sanitation for above tasks. The whole set equipment has the function of ventilation, air purge, drying, disposing exhaust gas and so on which meets basic requests of auto surface disposal. The equipment is made up of room body, lighting unit, intake and exhaust air system, heating system, air purge system, exhaust gas disposal system and control system.
Air Bag Ramp in Spray Booth
The air bag ramp can only rise during normal painting and baking; we must leave the ramp drop on floor if the spray booth is not in working process. So that it can keep the air bag in good static condition and reduces the tiredness intensity as well as other safety accident rate.
Control Box Introduction
1.To indicate the pressure date of compressed air from outside, the normal number should be 0.4-0.6Mpa.
2.Lift control switch: To control "up" and "down" of air bag ramp.
3.Safety device switch: To control "lock" and "unlock" of safety device.
Operation
1.Connect the air pipe of air bag and safety device with correct position in control box.
2.Connect the compressed air with air resource of control box and then adjust the pressure to 0.5Mpa.
3.Turn the "Lift control" switch to " up" position when you need to rise the air bag ramp; and then turn the " Safety device" switch to "lock" position when the ramp rise to highest place.
4.Turn the "Lift control" switch to " down" position when you need to descend the air bag ramp; and then turn the " Safety device" switch to "unlock" position when the ramp descend to lowest place.
Warranty
The goods are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of receipt, but the filters and lamps are not guaranteed. It cannot be applied for damages caused by negligence of opera
tions or mishandling of the machine.
Spray Booth Conveying and Storage
As spray booths are in big size, they're conveyed in bulk while loading and unloading. The parts in frame should be loaded and unloaded by fork vehicles while the small parts are conveyed by manpower. Be noticed to make sure that the parts are not damaged and dilapidated in the loading and unloading process.
The finished parts of spray booth are usually stored in the finished products warehouse, and marked on the outside packages for checking before delivery. After being sent to the destination, all the parts should not be put in the open air but in store house to prevent from rusting and oxidized by the moisture.
