Screw Adjustable Welding Rotator contains one drive unit and one idler unit Welding turning rolls.
The distance between wheels can be adjusted to fit the particular work-piece properly within the specified range by moving positioning bolt or screw manually or motorized.
The wheels of the rotator are constructed of polyurethane (PU), a robust and long-lasting material, both inside and out.
In order to drive the gearbox continuously changing variable speed and achieve low noise and stable movement, the driving unit is supported by an AC variable frequency motor and famous inverter.
Electric systems that are suited for 50HZ/6PHZ 110-600V are adopted by electrical appliances to meet CE or UL standards.

The welding rotator series includes models that are self-aligning, adjustable, vehicle-mounted, tilting, and anti-drift.
They are used to rotate the cylindrical workpiece for TIG MIG SAW Circumferential welding,or for assembling.
Features as below:
1. To adapt to the diameter of the work piece, the adjustable welding rotator's center distance can be changed using lead screws or designated screw holes.
2. The roller driver uses a cycloidal planetary gear reducer or a worm reduction gear mode and is dual-motor operated.
3. The roller comes in three different configurations depending on the needs of the customer: sub-rubber tire roller, steel wheels, and steel and plastic combination wheels. It can also be used to manage other pieces of equipment.
