Working principle
Hot melt welding machine mainly through a temperature-controlled heating head to weld plastic parts.When welding,the heating head is placed on top of the workpiece that needs to be riveted, and the plastic begins to melt when the workpiece is pressed adhesive to the heat. After a pre-set heating time has passed, the plastic on the surface of the workpiece will reach a certain degree of melting. And when the hot mold stops acting,pressure on workpiece will last for a few seconds,combined the use of air cold deficiency to make it solidify molding.The process form a solid molecular chain,and is to achieve the purpose of welding.And,the welding strength can exceed the trength of raw materials. Then entire welding process is completed.
