This plastic extrusion welder has functions of independent heating systems, digital display controller, 360-degree rotating welding head, motor cold start protection, which is applicable to weld PE, PP, PVDF and other hot melt materials.

Extruding motor will shut down automatically if it has not reached the preset melting temperature, which avoids loss caused by operating mistake.

The 360-degree rotating hot air welding nozzle can be applied to different needs.

With imported German Metabo drill or Japanese HITACHI drill.

Product qualification
1. This welder start to weld when the temperature up to 270°c
2. This welder is welded with PE or PP welding rod 3.0-4.0mm, if you want 5.0mm welded, please specify before order.
3. It comes with two welding shoes, flat one and corner one.
