450L Industrial Bowl Vibratory Finisher for Metal Parts
Kafan Industrial Vibratory Finisher has a wide chamber with straight wall, and is designed with advanced technology to achieve mass production, labor-saving, energy-saving, cost-saving. This finisher is applied for large quantity of small to big sized metal parts in surface cleaning, finishing, chamfering, removing of burrs, glossy lighting treatment.
During the finishing process, the finisher containing the mixture of grinding media and metal parts vibrates at high speed. The vibratory motion causes the grinding media and metal parts to rub against each other, leading to the desired surface finish.
