Warranty period:

1, Our quality gurantee time is 12 months since the machine on board date. 
  A, During this period,  if something damaged owing to our machine itself,  we will supply you the spare parts free and post to you by DHL or some similar courier within 7 days 

 B. During this period, if machine problem is caused by operator own mistake,  we will charge you the half costs for the spare parts,  and charge you the DHL costs. 
 
2. Exceeding the 12 months quality time,  If you need some spare parts, we will have to charge you the spare parts on full value and charge you the DHL costs.
