Bag type Pulse Dust Collector Working Mode
1, DMC- II Bag type Pulse Dust Collector makes the compressed air as driving force for cleaning air, uses pulse injection organization releases the compressed air instantly and induces the severalfold secondary air into the filter bag at high speed to make the bags expand rapidly so as to impact,shake and reverse flow to clean the dust. It has features like large processing volume, good cleaning effect, and high collecting efficiency.
2, This type of dust removal equipment adopts continuous operation mode, in order to improve the performance, compared with other manufacturers, the advantage is that a large-span sloping baffle is added. which can slao guide the flow to separate purification boxfrom the dust gas. All the large dust particles will directly drop into the ash bucket when colliding sloping baffle, which can also protect the filter bag and increase the service life and dustproof efficiency. The blowpipe device  has a flexible connection, making it more convenient to install and replace the filter bags, the access panel is equipped on the side, So it has features like beautiful appearance, good performance, easy to inspect and maintain, safe and reliable to operate ect.
3, The equipment uses electromagnetic pulse valve and dual diaphragm structure, making it easier to  control with high efficiency and long life service.
4, The filter bags are made of high quality polyester needle felt filtering material, it will not only improve the filtration velocity, reduce operating resistance, but also can avoid phenomena like uneasy to clean up caused by  dust condensation on the filter bag. Bag type Pulse Dust Collector Unit Structure
DMC- II Bag type Pulse Dust Collector is mainly made of lower steel bracket, ash bucket, the cabinet,
the lower cabinet, pneumatic system, air inlet and out let, filter bag, deashing device, electrical control and so on.
(1), The cabinet is consist of bag chamber, dust collecting chamber, polyporous plate, filter bag, bag skeleton and access panel, the designed pressure is 5000Pa.
(2), Outlet air system includs fan and fan motor.
(3), The blowing system includes main pipe, injection tube, the pulse valve and the controller.
(4), The intake air ash discharging part comes in two forms, one is standard ash bucket type, the other is open flange type.
Working Principle
    Gas dust gets into the ash bucket through the inlet, then through the open- flanged inlet enters the the filter bag where the gas will be filtered and gets to clean air chamber, then discharged by the fan. Dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter bag increasingly, adding resistance for bag to collect dust. So the dust on the filter bag need to get removed to periodically to keep the resistance less than 1200 Pa.
   The dust dislodgement is a procedure that the program controller starts- up pulse valve in order regularly, pushing the compression air (0.5~0.7MPa) through the spray pipe out(this is called primary air ) , and then by the inducement of venturi, the air around the primary air (this is called secondary air), which is several times higher than primary in pressure, will enter filter bags and makes filter bags dilate in moments sharply, the dust will be shaken off with the anti-direction function of airflow,  the attached dust will fall into ash bucket immediately, the dust will be discharged through the ash valve, then we can
achieve the purpose of dust dislodgement.
