The split type filter cartridge dust remover, i.e. fan, motor, filter unit and electric control are set separately, with large air volume. The fan and motor are designed with sound proof cover and silencer to reduce the noise of large air volume fan and meet the requirements of national standard.

· Pneumatic condition monitoring: alarm of low pressure of air source to prevent incomplete ash cleaning.   Pressure differential meter shows the use status of filter element intuitively, and high pressure differential auto-   pulsed rotor backblowing
· Operation temperature monitoring: alarm system temperature is too high to prevent fire
· Dust hopper condition monitoring:  the system senses the lock state of the dusthopper, with the automatic lifting   function of the dusthopper, to ensure that the dust hopper is in place, to improve the tightness of the dust   hopper,and to ensure the effect of dust collection.
