High negative pressure purifier with bag filter for Robot welding
Mobile high negative pressure welding smoke purifier can move freely, better fit to such condition as changing welding workstation.It designs to be 2 levels filtering,1st level is for big sparks,2nd is for tiny dusts, it is chose as 1st one in industrial process, welding smoke, cutting dusts and grinding dusts.smoke and dusts produced by welding, cutting and grinding are captured into purifier in the effect of high negative pressure, those with sparks are separated by fire proof mesh, while another sweltering ones are evenly distributed in purifier by board baffle for better filtering. Bigger particles go down to flue dust retainer in the effect of gravity, tiny floating dusts are floating in the purifier for filtering due to the backset produced by attraction. Tiny dust adsorbed outside of filter cartridge will slide down to flue-dust retainer after gathering and combining in the effect of gravity, clean air will fed back to workshop to give workers a healthy environment.
