Question: How much do I need to pay for your OEM service?
Answer: No need to pay extra cost for our OEM service if order quantity over 100pcs. The OEM cost will be including in the unit price.
Question: What is the lead time? (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)
Answer: 1-3 days for sample orders, 3-7 working days for mass production orders(based on different quantities, OEM, etc.)
Question: How will you deliver goods to me?
Answer: We ship by air and sea generally. In the mean time, we cooperate with international expresses, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT to enable our customers to get their goods rapidly.
Question: Can you put my brand name (logo) on products?
