72" tire pallet, also named Passenger and light SUV tire rack, stacking tire pallets. The dimension of this tire pallet is bigger than TR-10 PCR tire rack and it is designed for passenger PCR tires, SUV tires or litter truck tires. This tire rack is stacking structure and it is with wire mesh decking and the fork guides and its posts can be removed, they are widely using in warehouse and logistic center and so on.
This stacking tire racks are made of high strength mild steel with powder coated finishing. Usually, the color of this tire rack is orange or blue, the color can be customized. The 72" x 72" deck of this stacking tire rack is designed to hold 6 to 9 stacks of 7 to 9 tires, depending on tire diameter. For tires measuring 17" and under, 9 stacks can be stored per pallet, and for tires measuring 18" and over, 6 stacks. This versatile modular warehousing solution is becoming popular because it can hold more tires per square foot than the TR-01 tire racks. The standard wire mesh decking and the fork guides meet many warehouse safety and handling requirements. The Tyre pallets is very durable and long-lasting, while still being significantly low on maintenance. Its unique design eliminates any damage to tires during storing and handling. The added advantage is that this storage solution is very cost-effective.
