IG Storage Rack Unit is a free-loading harp storage rack (optional mounted on four heavyduty casters). The floor is numbered slots and glass handling is controlled by a dual set of replaceable dividing nylon cords and corners. Glass is delivered to the washer sorted in the proper order to match up with the spacer frames. The washer operator simply loads each glass sheet in the order from the racks. Also offered are 100-slot carts for single-slotting glass.

The harp dividing nylon cords and corners are removable so that the cords and corner can be replaced when it becomes worn.
The rack flooring contains bolted HDPE strips and glass contact surfaces for easy sliding of glass.
HDPE strips also provide a non-stick surface for insulated glass.
Labeled slots are easy to organize production for the rest of the plant
Frame for storing/transporting insulating glass units for inside and outside, mounts for forklifts and industrial trucks, and optionally four additional casters.
