Product Feature

Push back racking is designed to multiple layers trolley connected with the front and rear beam. The pallet or pallet box is put on the trolley from outside, and the subsequent pallet will push the prior one to inside. The trolley crosses on the slanted guide rail. When the outer pallet is taken away, the inside trolley will slide down automatically. Push aback racking is suitable for storing goods of large quantity but small variety, the operation principle is FILO. Storing and taking goods are in the same side.

Work Flow
Move-in ( Last in, first out ):

Step 1.

When put the pallet 1 on the rack, it will be put on the yellow trolley without movement;

Step 2.

When put the pallet 2 on the rack, the yellow trolley will be pushed into the 2nd locations, and the pallet 2 will be put on the orange trolley.

Step 3.

When put the pallet 3 on the rack, the yellow trolley will be pushed into the 3rd locations, and the orange one will be pushed into the 2nd locations, and the pallet 3 will be put on the blue trolley;

Step 4.

When put the pallet 4 on the rack, the yellow trolley will be pushed into the 4th locations, and the orange one will be pushed into the 3rd locations, and the blue one will be pushed into the 2nd locations, and the pallet 4 will be put on the first location ( No trolley ).

Move-out ( Last in, first out ) :

Step 1.

When move out the pallet 4 ( which is put in at step 4 ), because of the function of gravity's Y direction component is bigger than resistance and friction, blue trolley will move to the headmost ( Still call it location 1), orange trolley will move to the 2nd location, yellow trolley will move to the 3rd location;

Step 2.

When move out the pallet 3 ( which is on the blue trolley ), orange trolley will move to the headmost ( on top pf the blue trolley), yellow trolley will move to the 2nd location.

Step 3.

When move out the pallet 2 ( which is on the orange trolley ), yellow trolley will move to the headmost ( on top of the blue & orange trolley);

Step 4.

Move out the pallet 1.

A: The steel material of our racks is Q235B and they all comes from Shanghai Baosteel Group, famous steel
company in China. Raw material test report can be provided.

2. Q: How can we check the product quality?

A: 1) Cut samples can be sent for check the quanlity;
2) You are also much welcomed to visit our factory to see the manufacturing process and check the quality;
3) You can appoint a third party inspection company to do quanlity inspection.

3. Q: What's your delivery time and port?
A: 1) Generally, about 15-20days for a full container;
2) As to the delivery port, both Nanjing and Shanghai port are available.

4. Q: What is your payment term?

A: 1) 100% T/T as advance payment for LCL goods;
2) 30% T/T as advance payment balance before delivery for FCL goods;
3) LC at sight.

5. Q: How long is your warranty?

A: five years, during warranty time, damaged Racking parts caused by quality problem will be replaced for free,
damaged components caused by improper operation, only cost charges will be taken.
