Standard steel reefer container, with high strength, good looking, and easy to repair, is suitable for maintain, road and rail transportation. Its structure characteristics are as follows:
1. Steel reefer structure, MGSS outer panels, SUS304 side & door lining, Pre-painted AL sheet;
2. Corrugation base panel, one piece gooseneck tunnel and extrusion AL T-floor;
3. Two pieces rear door, no solid rivet door panel.

How does a Reefer container work?
All our Reefer containers are bottom air delivery units designed to distribute chilled air from the floor, via specific T-shaped decking, with the advantage of producing a consistent and uniform flow of air across the entire shipment, powerful enough to ensure a perfect air exchange with the goods.
The powerful refrigeration units can maintain or lower the temperature your shipment, even in the most
difficult conditions. Each unit is also equipped to 'warm up' the goods for those shipments where required,
with the ability to maintain temperatures up to 35°C when required, regardless of outside temps.
Forced circulation of cool air prevents chilled products from ripening too quickly, ensuring a longer shelf-life and maintaining the market value.
In order to remove the unwanted gas and moisture generated by respiration (which can affect quality of the products), fresh air can be exchanged at the rate of 0 to 260 m3/hour, depending on the requirements and
the kind of Reefer used.
The airflow is directly influenced by the stuffing and cargo placement in the Reefer container. This is why packing goods properly is very important.

1. What types of doors do your units have?
Our 20ft 40ft refrigerated containers have easy open double doors on one end (although some are equipped with standard cargo doors on one end). Our 40ft refrigerated containers and trailers are equipped with heavy duty cargo doors on one end.
2. What temperature are your units capable of maintaining?
Our refrigerated containers and trailers capable of maintaining temperatures below -25 and up to +30. They can go as low as -25, depending on how much product is being stored and usage.
3. Are your units difficult to operate?
All of our units have digital push button controls and are very easy to operate.
4.If I wanted to purchase, are your units available for sale?
