Usually rail clips are made of forged spring steel which is produced by hot forging process. 3.According to the different requirements of Rail Clip, we make the corresponding physical and chemical testing and inspection. If the results do not meet our requirements, we will refuse to accept the materials only if they meet our standards.
4. For semi-finished products and their external suppliers of Rail Clip, we often organize quality control coordination meetings and provide technical advice and guidance. Ensure that qualified products are delivered to our customers prior to shipment.
