Now this piston can serve longer and can even protect cylinder liner and piston rings. This piston is expected to be used for more than 5 years without any repairment. The Piston will further lower engine oil consumption and longer useage.
Please carefully read the following rules before use :
1. Temperature of cooling liquid inflow and outflow should be no less than 65ºC and no higher than 85ºC respectively. Temperature of lubricatin oil inflow and outflow should be no less than 60ºC and no higher than 80ºC respectively.
2. Please use qualified lubricating oil. Centrifuging is required on a daily bases. Please sampling inspect oil twice a year, and replace lubricating oil or add alkaline additive based on the test result.
Warranty:
We warrant the product against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for 10000 hours from the date of original retail purchase.Please strictly follow Diesel Maintenance Manual(refer the manual) and the rules above during operation.3 "R" warranty policy is not eligible in the event of a violation of the manual.
