Q1.Are you a trading company or manufacturer ?
A:We are a factory with oversea sales department. We have more than 15 years experience dealing with auto parts in China.
Q2.What is your terms of payment ?
A:T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. And we support other payment methods, like Paypal, Money gram,D/P,L/C.
Q3.Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
A:1.We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers should pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
2.We also can produce by your samples or technical drawings by building molds and fixtures, and the customer should pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Q4.What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack you goods use brown or white blank neutral boxes. If you have legally registered , we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q5.How long is your delivery time?
A:Generally, it will take 7 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q6.What is your terms of delivery ?
A: we can do EXW, FOB, CFR ,CIF and DDP etc..
Q7.What is your transport method ?
A:1. For the samples shipment, we use DHL,FedEx,TNT,UPS,Post and other courier for samples shipment.
2. For the massive orders, Usually, we use Sea,Air, Rail and others shipment or as customer shipment's request.
