DG54C adopts German Benz Actros4144/8×4 chassis and uses full-rotating and telescopic boom + crank arm in the upper structure. Each movement mechanism adopts the electric control hydraulic drive mode, so that the truck has the advantages of simple operation, flexible movement, safe and reliable, strong practicability and so on. t adopts computer automatic controlled limit position deceleration and stopping to realize quick operation, labor-saving, convenience, stability, a large speed range, flexible micro movement, and accurate action. The effective matching of straight telescopic boom and curved boom has excellent ability of high-altitude obstacle crossing, which has wider range of operation than straight boom fire truck.

2. The firefighting system is equipped with full functions.
1) Advanced system configuration:PSP1500 pump of American Darley and the platform water monitor is the 3578+5177 electronic-controlled fire monitor of American AKRON are adopted. The water pump is driven by the full power takeoff with reliable performance which is suitable for long-time operation.
2) Complete configuration of fire-fighting system: The liquid carrying capacity of the vehicle-mounted stainless steel tank is 3000kg, of which foam 450kg, water 2500kg, which can achieve the rapid fire-fighting operation. PS30/50D manual fire monitor is set at the top of tank, which may realize the low altitude fire-fighting operation.
3) The vehicle fire control system adopts intelligent control, electric operation, and the operation is simple and convenient. Fire main gun can provide 100 meters wireless remote control.

Based on the PLC and CAN bus distributed control technology, amplitude angle and extension, the vehicle uses new reliable detection technology and can achieve automatic leveling in lower structure, regional range control, platform load weighting, platform ultrasonic collision detection, and upper and lower structure posture dynamic monitoring. The human-computer interface provides rich information. The working platform leveling has good following character and operation in the upper structure is stable and non-collision.
4. The hydraulic system uses an LS load sensitive control system of dual variable piston pump and has good control performance.
5. The whole machine adopts professional appearance design, the appearance is generous, and the operation and use humanized effect is good.
6. The working platform has manual automatic leveling function, leveling precision and fast speed.
