Our refrigerated car collected special imported thermal insulation material. The water absorption rate of the insulation board is ≤ 1. The heat conduction coefficient is ≤ 0.028 W/mk, and the compressive acuity ≥ 150 kpa with density 30 ~ 45 kg/m3, using the most advanced fifth-generation closed polyurethane plate bonding structure. The load plate surface materials are optional, such as reinforced fiber glass, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, choi steel, etc.
The body box after molding has advantage of light quality, high coefficient of heat preservation, strong impact resistance, no leakage and good corrosion resistance against the atmosphere, water, acid, alkali, salt and other medias.
Container configuration:
1. The body of the refrigerator truck is manufactured by a hydraulic absorption integrated molding production line, and the insulation performance meets national A-level standard.
2. The interior fabric of the cargo box adopts the advanced nano fiberglass (no light absorption, good heat insulation, strong hardness, anti-oxidation), and the insulation material is 8cm high-density polyurethane insulation layer, which is bonded with fully sealed resin glue.
3. The frame of the cargo box is supported by anti-corrosion treatment channel steel. The body is surrounded by aluminum alloy profiles and stainless steel. LED night lights are installed inside the container.
4. Double- fan rear doors (stainless steel edging, and lock hinges), (optional side door) with anti-collision rubber at the end, using EPDM rubber sealing strip, 3M reflective rubber sheet .
Refrigeration unit optional:
1. According to customer requirements, optional -5 °, -10 °, -15 °, -18 °refrigeration units.
2. Imported refrigeration unit brands: Carrier, Thermo King, DONGIN Korea.
3. Domestic refrigeration unit brands: Jinda K, Kaixue, Huatai, Hanxue, Xiangyang DONGIN, Songhan, Guobing and other brands.
Option
Air duct reference picture:
Optional side door of the container (single side door or double open door), optional aluminum alloy air guide groove (the air duct helps cold air circulation and improve the refrigeration effect), optional hook slides on the container roof (straight slides or butt-joint curved slides). Optional stainless steel interior body ( must be added for seafood transportation, seawater is corrosive). Optional 280V-380V external power supply (Plug-in electric refrigeration can continue refrigerate after flameout ), optional temperature and humidity monitor recorder (with printing function).

1. Vaccine transportation vehicle:
GSP certification is required for vaccine transportation, the side and the bottom of the container needs to be equipped with stainless steel ventilation slots. Mobile real-time temperature and humidity monitor (with printing device) should be installed.
2. Medical waste transportation vehicle:
the interior of the container must be made of fully sealed stainless steel. A stainless steel sealed door, spray disinfection devices, an ultraviolet sterilization device should be added in the container. A waste liquid collection box at the bottom of the cab end should beequipped.
Tail lifting:
1. Optional hydraulic lifting tail, helping you load and unload goods more conveniently.
2. Optional tail lifting with weighing function.
