2 Structure Instruction
Type of CGJ5070GXWE5 Self-discharging Sewerage Collector is make up of chassis refit, tank, hydraulic pressure system and pail upgrade wheel.
2·1 Container
The container is made of soldered iron and the sectional plane is circularity. It is made up of main tank, aft closure, interval controller, locking device, and finder of liquid level etc. The container is well rotproof because of the anticorrosive paint on both outside and inside the surface.
2·1·1 The tank is horizontal type of strait cylinder. The inner diameter of which is 1212mm, the strait cylinder is 3340mm in length, and the wall thickness is 5mm. It has a lead-end in shape of a butterfly and a flange weld in the back-end. And there are also iron circles on the external surface of the tank to strengthen the intensity.
2·1·2 There are reinforcement bars in the end socket of the aft closure to strengthen the intensity of the container and relieve the impinged on the tank and the end socket while running.
2·1·3 The interval controller between the tank and the aft closure can adjust the distance between them to assure the available leakproof.
2·1·4 The locking device has convenience operating and credible capability because it is drove by hydraulic.
PS: The locking apparatus must be opened up before open the aft closure.
2·1·5 There is an observation window in the end socket in aft closure to show liquid level in the container. There is a red line on the window which shows the safe bound and there is also a light for night works.
2·2 The pipeline system
The pipeline system is made up of vacuum pump, moisture separator, oil-gas separator, strainer, four way valve, vacuum meter for gas pressure and connecting pipelines etc.
