1. Are you manufacturer or trading company?
JOBO is a manufacturer with its frame factory, painting factory and assembling factory in Jinhua China and branch company in Poland.
2. Can I customize bikes with my logo and colour?
Yes. We accept OEM order. Bikes can be customized with your logo,spec and colour with our MOQ.
3 Do I need to pay anti-dumping tax if I'm from EU?
No. JOBO is an international company with the branch company in Poland. Since the year 2018, all bikes shipping from China to EU need to pay anti-dumping tax. But there is no anti-dumping tax from JOBO Europe sending over all over EU.
4.What is the MOQ? Is sample available?
Our MOQ is 20 pieces per model. Sample is available, we will charge sample fee for sample orders below 20, but sample fee can be refunded in bulk order.
5. What certifications do you have?
JOBO is ISO9001 certified, and JOBO bikes got certificated of EN15194,EN14764,ISO4210,and meets all standards of EU and AU.
6.What is your warranty term?
We offer 5 years warranty for our frame,2 years for motor and battery, 6 months for display and controller.
7. What is your payment term?
For sample order below 20, we do full payment in advance. For bulk order, we do TT with 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance on sight of BL.
