Composed of different loading heads connected to various conveying equipments like screw conveyors, belt conveyors and air slides.
Based on different conveying equipments with different working capacity, the loading system's production capacity varies from 200t/h, 500t/h,800t/h,1000t/h, to 1500t/h.
Loading materials: Cement, fly ash, ore powder, cereal,clinker, fertilizer,and aggregate.
Features: Flexible: Mounted on a semi trailer it can be moved on public roads to reach different sites and ships.
Multipurpose: The unit handles materials like cement, grain, fly ash, fertilizers, and other free flowing dry bulk cargoes.
Cost efficient: High loading capacity, multipurpose, low maintenance and operation cost.
Environmental friendly: The conveying line is totally enclosed without any dust emission or spillage. Total sound emission is also covered by the sound isolation.
Ship unloader is a vertical screw conveyor to transfer dry-bulk cargo from ship to shore, ship unloaders deliver high rated capacities, excellent through-ship performance and it is totally-enclosed screw-type technology then low dust emission. Able to handle almost any dry bulk material like cement, fly ash, agricultural products….
