Constructed from fiberglass, the lifeboat features a clever design, with a core of polyurethane foam filling the gap between its inner and outer shells. This ingenious approach ensures ample buoyancy, even if the hull sustains underwater damage, enabling the vessel to navigate to safety on its own buoyant accord.
The design of our rescue boat is totally in accordance with the the requiremnt of SOLAS, IMO, an d different Classification Societies. Therefore, CCS, BV, EC, IRS, etc. Are available for our life/rescue boats.
1. Hull
The open type rescue boat to be constructed with single bottom and square shape of boat stern. The boat hull and inner shell shall be FRP laminate made of fire retardant polyester resin and roving cloth. The boat to be driven by outboard engine, out board engine model: Mercury 30 22.1 Kw power or other.

During rescue, the boat can sail at a speed of 6 knots for at least four hours under full load. Can be used with single-arm davit . A hand pump is installed in the boat to drain the accumulated water. Overall safe and reliable.
