The launch mechanism comprises a marine davit, including components like the boom, frame, platform, pendant, suspension pulley, and securing devices like nooses or lashing equipment.
Additionally, a marine winch is incorporated into the system, featuring elements such as reduction gear, handbrake, and a centrifugal brake to facilitate the controlled lowering and deployment of the lifeboats.
