We installed a paint and bake booth in Bangladesh in the year 2017.
This project has one paint booth and one dry booth, and they are standing before and after. The worker can do the painting job in the paint booth and then push the workpieces into the bake booth for drying them.
One electric shutter is installed in the middle of these two spray booths so that the worker and workpieces can move freely.
This painting line has a grating exhaust system, and the workpiece is moved with a trolley. We equipped an air conditioning blower to lower the temperature by about six centigrade degrees because Bangladesh is always very hot.
This paint booth has ONE G20 Riello diesel burner, which has 200,000Kcal heat productivity.
