Application Range: Applicable for changing and inflating car tyres whose rim diameter is between 10"-26".
Remarks:The marked rim diameter size is the actual size of opening and gripping of new type jaws.
Product Features:This tyre changer can go backwards automatically and it is equipped with assisting device of automatic swinging arm,penumatical locking device and automaitc dismounting hook device.
Machine Functions:
1.The column going backwards penumatically,penumatic push-pull locking automaically.
2.Lifting tyre up function makes operation easy and quick.
3.Central pressing tyre function makes jaws grip rim fastly.
4.Replaceable swinging arm pressing head can fix position automatically.
5.Adjusting mobile slider to be suitable for different rim ranges.
6.The motion structure of the four automatic alignment gripping jaws on the turnplate is link mechanism, which has synchronizing function and fix center automatically when gripping from outside to inside.
7.The once forming mobile slider and the design of processing machinery structure made it not easy to deformation.
8.The working head is plated hard chrome on the surface through high frequency sudden fire, this kind of treating processes insure the intensity, toughness and abrasive resistance.
9.the round working turnplate has synchronous centering and fine adjustment function which make the operating of tyre changer more easy and smooth.
10.The tools touching rim directly like changing working head,jaws,crwobar and spade are all equipped with protector,these protectors ensure no hurt to the rim.

1.The helper arm with a 100mm diameter larger cylinder, strong tire-pressing ,with a conical tire-pressing wheel,skid tire-pressing block(the teeth is below the tire-pressing block)
2.Angle of the cone tire-pressing wheel and tire circumference is completely consistent, smooth rotary pressing tire;standard aluminum screw can adjust the height of tire-pressing block; reasonable suppoerting-tire disc angle strong supprting tire
3.Bead breaker shovel frame steel thick , reasonalbe tire shovel angle,smooth shovel tire.In such a configuration,making the tire pressure ,shoveling tire smoothly,be a good helper changing tires.
