The Y2 series of high voltage compact three phase asychronous motors with high strengh cast iron structure, insulation class F stator made by VPI process, cage structure rotor made by once forming process, or copper strip rotor made by mid-frequency welding process.
1.The whole is made of high-strength cast iron, and the base is equipped with orthogonal distributed heat ribs outside. This structure has good heat dissipation, good body rigidity, firm and durable.
2.The winding core adopts the external press-fitting method, which is good in technology and convenient in maintenance.
3.The cage rotor of the motor adopts the cast aluminum structure made by special technology. The rotor guide bar, end ring and fan are formed at one time, which improves the reliability and increases the tolerance. The moment of inertia of the allowable drag load can be used in harsh environment and has good electrical performance.
4.Special cooling structure is adopted to make the motor have ideal cooling effect.
5.The precise rotor balance system makes the motor run smoothly. Vibration and noise are greatly reduced.
6.The junction box has compact structure and high protection level. It is flexible in connection with reliable terminal blocks and can be connected in multiple directions.
