2.2 Chassis:Integral steel frame construction and suspension components treated with rust resistant.

Technical Advantages
1) The chassis system is designed as trapezoidal structure with high strength and high safety factor based on the standards for freight vehicle; the structure has high reliability and is simple to manufacturer; and it is easy to guarantee the processing requirements.
2) The rear axle, which is advanced electronic electric axle jointly developed and designed by our company and the technology center of WEIFANG city has full-floating mechanism and is featured by high transmission efficiency, low noise, no leakage and stable speed changing. The input shaft of rear axle and output shaft of motor are connected via involute spline and there is no drifting clearance; the transferred torque is large, which guarantees the good drive performance of the complete vehicle.
3) The electric control system, which is U.S. advanced INBOER electric control system, has good under-voltage and over-current protection capability, temperature control, speed regulation, current regulation and vehicle dynamic monitoring capability, as well as high intelligence degree. It is the excellent product that fills the domestic and foreign blank.
4) The patented appearance design is fashionable and has smooth line; it meets the principle of aerodynamics; the driving resistance of vehicle is reduced and the driving distance is prolonged.
5) The high-efficiency and sensitive double-pipeline hydraulic braking system makes the vehicle more safe and reliable.
6) The newly designed adjustable push-pull battery box makes the battery maintenance t more convenient.
