Top brand XR240E XR240ES New Rotary drilling rig with CFA
The XR240E XR240ES rotary drilling rig is a new generation of E series medium tonnage product which increases the power and system flow on the basis of mature XR220D to improve working efficiency. It adopts optimized large-scale structural components such as slewing platform of "Chinese work Gong" shape beam structure, double jib parallelogram luffing mechanism, segmented plate thick type drilling mast, vertical pin type power head bracket and so on to improve working stability and reliability. It is widely used in the hole-forming operations of cast-in-place concrete piles in the construction of roads, railways, bridges, large venues and other projects, and it is especially suitable for industrial as well as civil buildings. It adopts mechanical interlocking or friction Kelly bars to work with rotary buckets such as sand drilling bucket, tubular drill and short spiral drill, as well as CFA, dual rotary drive or casing oscillator

1. As a multi-functional machine, XR240E XR240ES can realize the quick switching of functions such as crowd cylinder, crowd winch, CFA and dual rotary drive to meet more different construction needs.
2. It adopts electronically controlled turbocharged engine with lower fuel consumption and convenient service.
3. The rotary drive and main winch performance is increased by 20%, so the work efficiency is much higher.
4. The rotary drive can be equipped with a torque multiplier (optional). The sleeve driving torque reaches 360kN·m, and the ability to lower the sleeve is stronger.
5. The main and auxiliary winches both adopt the single-row rope technology. The service life of the wire rope is 2~4 times longer than that of the multi-layer rope, which makes the cost lower.
6. The double jib parallelogram luffing mechanism has a large support angle and a 16% increase in support range, which makes the operation more stable.
7. The hydraulic system adopts negative flow control technology which has a fast response and good handling performance.
8. High-power temperature-controlled independent hydraulic oil cooler can meet the construction requirements of high-temperature areas and adjust the fan speed according to temperature changes to achieve energy saving.
9. The intelligent control system can achieve functions such as automatic adjustment and display of mast perpendicularity, automatic slew, automatic spin-off, automatic lifting & concrete pouring and pile type display, etc. The bus panel design is adopted to prevent misoperation.
10. The chassis can be equipped with transport legs (optional) and remote control operation to achieve easier and safer transport transition.
