In order to make the diesel fuel injected into the cylinder by the injector burn completely in time, the fuel supply time of the oil pump must be checked regularly. If the fuel supply time is too early, the vehicle will be difficult to start and knock the cylinder; If the oil supply time is too late, the exhaust will emit black smoke, the engine temperature will be too high, and the fuel consumption will rise. The matching precision of injector needle valve parts is very high, and the injection hole diameter is very small, so it is necessary to select the specified brand of clean diesel in strict accordance with seasonal changes, otherwise the injector will not work normally. Do not collide with other hard objects or drop them to the ground when cleaning the injector needle valve couple, so as to avoid bruise. When replacing the injector needle valve couple, the new couple should be soaked in 80 ºC hot diesel oil for about 10 s, after the antirust oil is fully dissolved, the needle valve should be pumped back and forth in the valve body in clean diesel oil, and cleaned thoroughly, so as to avoid the failure of sticking the needle valve due to the dissolution of antirust oil.
