Product Description
Scroll compressor is a volume compressible compressor consisting of a fixed involute scroll and an eccentric swing translational motion involute moving scroll. The scroll compressor consists of two static and dynamic scrolls in the shape of two double function equation lines.
During the working process of suction, compression and venting, the static scroll is fixed to the base frame, while the dynamic scroll is driven by the eccentric shaft and constrained by the anti-self-rotation mechanism to rotate in a plane with minor radius around the center of the static scroll. The air is sucked through the air filter element to reach the periphery of the static scroll and rotate around the eccentric shaft. Thus the air is gradually compressed in the crescent compression chambers formed during holding-on of the two scrolls and vented continuously from the cental shaft of the static scroll to the holes.
