Sizes

We provide alloy wheels in sizes ranging from 10 inches to 30 inches. The maximum width we can make is 16 inches, ensuring a perfect fit for your vehicle.

Production Process

Our alloy wheels are manufactured using various production processes, including regular gravity casting, low pressure casting, flow forming, and forging. This ensures high-quality and durable wheels for your vehicle.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

For our existing molds, the MOQ is 100 pieces per mold, which can be mixed with 2 colors. For customized styles, the MOQ will be discussed based on order details.

Quotation

To receive an exact quotation, please provide us with specific details including model number, size, PCD, ET, CB, finish, and order quantity.

OEM and ODM

We accept OEM and ODM orders, allowing you to customize the wheels with your own logo, wheel design, and packing design.

Delivery

For LCL shipments, both ocean shipping and air transportation options are available. For container shipping, we recommend ocean shipping. We can provide a shipping forwarder or accept a shipping agent designated by the customer.

Packaging

We offer two packaging options: neutral box packaging in brown or white color, or a color box with your logo and artwork. Additional packing materials include pearl cotton, shower cap, plastic protection ring, PVC bag, and cornered carton cover.

Payment and Delivery Terms

We accept T/T in advance deposit and balance against the bill of copy as the regular payment method. L/C at sight is also accepted. The final terms will be discussed based on the order details. Delivery terms include FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU if required.

Delivery Time

The production time for existing molds is 30 to 45 days after receiving the deposit payment. For orders with finishes like chrome stainless lip or other complicated processes, an additional 15 to 20 days may be required.
