Q1. What Sizes of wheels can you supply?
A: we can offer the wheels with sizes from 10inch~30inch. The max size width we can make is 16inch.
Q2. What production process for alloy wheels can you offer ?
A: Both regular gravity casting, low pressure casting, flow forming and forged can be offered.
Q3: What's your MOQ?
A: For our existing mould, MOQ is 100pcs per mold, can be mixed with 2 colors.
For customized style, need to discuss based on order details.
Q4: What information should I provide for a quotation?
A: To get exact quotation, we need to receive specific inquiry including model No., Size, PCD, ET, CB, Finish and order quantity.
Q5: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM with customer's logo, wheel design and packing design.
Q6: How to deliver the wheels?
A: For LCL shipment with same quantity, both ocean shipping and air transportation can be considered.
For container's shipping, only ocean shipping will be recommended. We can offer shipping forwarder to customer, and also accept the shipping agent designated by customer.
Q7. What about the options for box Packaging?
There are two options for box:
- Neutral box packaging, brown color or white color;
- The color box with customer's logo and artwork. Usually we need MOQ to customize the box.
Besides the box, the other packing material include the pearl cotton, shower cap, plastic protection ring, PVC bag, cornered carton cover.
Q8. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T in advance deposit and balance against the bill of copy is the regular way;
L/C at sight also can be accepted. The final terms will be discussed based on the order details.
Q9. What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB, CFR, CIF are the regular terms, DDU also can be offered if customer needs.
Q10. How about your delivery time?
A: 30~45days for the production of existing molds after receiving the deposit payment;
If order with finishes like chrome stainless lip, Chrome, or other complicated process, extra 15~20 days will be needed.
