The generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency energy, which is then transduced by the converter into ultrasonic vibration. The sound waves cause the screening mesh to vibrate in a high frequency range. Due to the intelligent RPS-SONIC frequency variation method with the optimum operating point search, the oscillations are efficiently transmitted to the respective application via the connected converter.
The introduced vibrations reduce the friction resistance between the moving parts (the product) and the screening mesh.
