
The leaf humidity sensor can accurately measure the leaf humidity, and it can detect the trace moisture or ice crystal residue on the leaf surface. The shape of the sensor adopts the design of imitation blade to simulate the real characteristics of the blade surface, so it can reflect the conditions of the blade environment more accurately. It measures the presence of water or ice by simulating the change of surface permittivity on the blade medium. Unlike the sensor based on resistance measurements, it does not require coloring or using calibration, while also providing effective monitoring of the ice. Low power consumption and can be monitored continuously for a long time. Its installation is simple, can be hung in the greenhouse on the greenhouse, also can be installed in the weather station mast.

Probe surface is composed of leaf shape golden finger. It is installed into measured plant leaves, to simulate the distribution of leaf water.
The leaf humidity sensor switches the water volume value between the golden fingers to the voltage value through precision circuit. After adjusting the switching circuit,the performance becomes stable, and the measurement becomes accurate.
