Working Principle
The down the hole drilling rig is a kind of compound power machine, and the power is somewhat combined with compressed air. The power of drill tool rotation comes from motor, and the impact force of impactor comes from compressed air.
The motor studio converts electric energy into rotating torque and transmits it to the reducer, which rotates the drill pipe connected to the output shaft of the reducer. The alloy teeth at the front end of the impactor continuously impact the broken rock, which is blown to the ground by the pressure of the license car in the drill exhaust hole. The axial force generated by the propelling cylinder is fed into the drilling tool for drilling.
