LHS0217PT mechanical-agitated hydroseeder has an engine design of a 23 H. P. BRIGGS STRATTON gasoline engine made in the USA that is directly coupled to a 3″ X 1.5″ high volume, high-pressure centrifugal pump and oil gear pump that drives an aggressive mixing paddle. The platform and tower gun are standard equipment. Standard equipment includes 60m of DN32 hose with free-flow couplings mounted on hose holders on the side of the tank. It also includes three nozzles ( 1 wide hydroseeding nozzle, 1 straight distance nozzle, and 1 trim nozzle). The spray distance of the tower gun is approximately 28m.
The high-pressure centrifugal pump is capable of operating the unit independently as an agitator(self-circulation) and machine. A gear pump relies on the hydraulic system to drive the paddles to rotate. This drive is very simple and reliable and easy to service if there ever is a problem.
The polyethylene used in the tank ensures that the hydroseeder does not rust. LHS0217PT mechanical-agitated hydroseeder is designed so that the rugged poly tank serves only as a carrier for the slurry. Besides, the bearings and agitator shaft are supported completely by heavy structural steel supports. There is no stress whatsoever on the tank and the entire mixing system would run without the tank even being present. This mixing system is made to last and to have the lowest maintenance requirements of any unit on the market.

A: It is one year count from one month after the shipping date except for wearing parts. We will send some wearing parts of machine and diesel engine when delivery.
2. Q: What is the diesel engine brand of hydroseeding machine?
A: Usually we adopt Dongfanghong or Huangfeng diesel which is famous in China, we also can supply Cummins diesel and Deutz diesel.
3. Q: What is the ratio of soil, grass seed, fertilizer, etc?
A: The ratio depends on the soil locally. So it is better for you to take some photos of your soil, and tell us the slope angle, height, soil condition, etc. then we will recommend you a suitable ratio.
4. Q: Can you supply or introduce to me grass seed supplier?
A: No problem, our factory is manufacturing and selling hydroseeder for many years in China, and there is a good cooperator of grass seed suppliers.

A: Our hydroseeding equipment max. horizontal spraying distance is 38-45m with gun, max. vertical spraying distance is 40m with gun; max. horizontal conveying distance is 100-120m with hose, max. vertical conveying distance is 80m with hose.
6. Q: If your projects are slope greening, what is the slope ratio?
A: For our PB series hydroseeder, its maximum slope angle is 60°, if it is larger than 60degree, it is better to choose our PB-15SR and PB-25SR series thicker hydroseeder.
