Features and functions:
1 It is designed for cutting common construction steel bar,round rebar,bolt rebar.
2.This design cutter is same as electric rebar cutter,the blades design is super quality.
3.Check whether the use of steel bars before the alignment. Up and down the blade slightly deviation 1-2mm does not affect the shear effect; if the blade dislocation serious, can be used to adjust the position of the blade six angle wrench.
4.choose the right hydraulic pump, connect the good.
5.select the suitable steel bar, steel cut only. Is not suitable for cutting stainless steel, steel wire rope, as well as a variety of quenched after the metal. When the shear reinforcement and blade, vertically, and operation of hydraulic pump, make steel scissors to cut up steel; such as shear bar when inclined to one side, should immediately stop shear, rearrange the steel bar, so as not to cause harm.
6.steel bars will not meet each other when the blade will be broken, so please do not have to go into the oil after the fracture, please return to the oil, so as not to damage the blade.
Note: when cutting, people can not stand on both sides of the blade;
Shear short steel, short steel bars should be held at both ends, so as not to fly out of the broken steel bars.
