It is an ultra-high pressure tool commonly used for pressing workpieces such as bearings, flywheels, and propellers.
Through the inner ring thread of the hydraulic nut, it can be installed on the shaft parts, and the piston pushes the workpiece to the required installation position under the action of 70MPa-150MPa pressure.
Mounting and dismounting bearings mounted on tapered shafts and bushings is a difficult and time-consuming task.
With hydraulic nuts, the high-pressure thrust required to mount the bearings is obtained, making bearing assembly and removal easier and faster.
All hydraulic nuts are equipped with a quick connect head for ultra-high pressure hydraulic pumps
