Product DescriptionMSK-AFA-MC200 is a versatile R2R coating & calendering system which can adapt various coating heads such as doctor blade (reverse comma blade), slot die and micro gravure. Three types of film drying mechanisms include convection, infrared heating or uv curing can also be applied to it. This is the most complete and universal coating and calendering/laminating (optional) system that provides a broad adaptability to various coating slurries and film substrates (Cu, Al, PET, PP, PE).

| Slot Die coating | The slot die is perfect for uniform film coating of 1 micron and up to 300-micron thickness. By changing the shim size with various patterns, you would be able to produce continuous, intermittent, or even grid coatings that match the shim patterns.
