Principle:
The working principle of the ultrasonic vibrating plate box is that the ultrasonic generator generates super-audio electric energy higher than 20KHZ, and the transducer is converted into the same frequency mechanical vibration into the cleaning liquid, and the ultrasonic conduction is forward and forward, which generates numerous tiny bubbles. These bubbles are formed and grown in the negative pressure region in which the ultrasonic waves propagate longitudinally, and rapidly rupture in the positive pressure region. The formation, growth, and rapid rupture of such tiny bubbles are called "cavitation effects." In the cavitation effect, the instantaneous high pressure of more than 10,000 atmospheres is generated after the bubble bursts, and the instantaneous high pressure continuously generated is like a series of small explosions continuously bombarding the surface of the object, so that the surface of the object quickly falls off.
