1). cutting materials

4). re-circling after welding
5). outer vessel's abrasive blasting and anticorrosive painting for outside surface
6). pipe connecting and assembly of inner vessel and outer vessel
7). valves installation
8). perlite filling
9). vacuum-pumping
10). final painting and ready for shipment
Packing and shipping
We recommend two shipping ways for you. One is bulk shipping, we pack 3 units
together as one stack, this can save much freight than pack only 1 unit. This
way can ensure the trailer is complete.
Another one is container shipping, we can load two units into one 40ft HQ container,
this is the best way to save sea freight, but we need to make the trailer tail to be
detachable, when you receive the trailer, you can screw them together, this will not
affect the trailer loading capacity.
