The light - type semi trailer is built to meet the maximum extent load capacity and creat maximum profit.
1. Convex-concave throughout beam: National patented product(national patent number: 200610062813.9), featuring light dead weight and high strength.
2. High tensile steel materials: the longitudinal beams, side beams, and critical portions adopt domestic high strenghth low alloy steel meeting advancd technical standard.
3. High Bearing capacity: Through the adoption of high strength steel and structural innovation, the critical portions maintain the same bearing capacity while reducing the dead weight.
4. Low bearing surface: The optional small small 4-longitudinal beam structure effectively reduces the height of bearing surface, lowers the gravity center of cargo, and improves the transport safety.
5. Characteristic body: They body is pressed byspecial mould from high strength cold rolled steel palte to reduce the body deformation under full load, featuring the advantages of high strength and light weight.
6. Door opertion mode: The body adopts pull-type hinged doors to meet the loading and unloading by excavator and more effectively improve the loading/ unloading efficiency of the cargo.
Remarks: The maximum limit length of this model shall be controlled within 11m as far as possible
