FEATURES
General Introduction
*Suitable for specific working environment, such as working in humid, corrosive, dusty, high temperature, low temperature environment.
*Self-propelled driving at different working conditions, fast and slow. Only one person can operate the machine to continuously complete the lifting, forward, backward, turning, turning and other actions when working at altitude. Compared with the traditional hydraulic platform, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the number of operators and labor intensity are reduced.

Boom Structure
*Dust and sand prevention devices are provided at the head of the boom and the cylinder piston rod.
*Tow chain is a high strength engineering plastic resistant to Marine weather, suitable for harsh working environment.
Turntable Platform
*The bottom frame and the turntable are provided with a lifting ring position for easy lifting.
*The working bucket has automatic leveling function, and the tilt Angle of the working bucket relative to the horizontal plane can not be more than 1.5°.
Safety Setting
*Both upper and lower control (ground control and platform control) are provided, and the upper and lower control are converted by reversing switches. While the upper control is functional the lower ground control will be locked.
*Boom expansion, amplitude, rotation running smoothly, and has a buffer device;
*The electric self-propelled articulated boom aerial work platform adopts reverse current braking and mechanical parking braking, which is simple, safe and reliable, with automatic compensation for service braking and disc braking;
*The platform is provided with a foot switch, which can only be operated by stepping on the foot switch;
*When the machine is parked on the ground with an unevenness of more than 3°, the movement of the boom will be limited.
*Each cylinder is provided with a balance valve or hydraulic lock to ensure that the cylinder will not automatically act, and the connection between the cylinder and the balance valve and the hydraulic lock is rigid.
Electrical System
*PLC and CAN bus control mode are adopted to simplify the line and facilitate maintenance and repair. Adopt metal aviation plug, protection level up to IP65;
*The expansion, amplitude variation, rotation of the boom and platform walking are all controlled by electronic hydraulic proportional control, which can realize stepless speed regulation.
*When the machine is operating, it will issue an audible and visual alarm;
*The upper and lower controls are equipped with emergency stop buttons, which can make the operator quickly extinguish the power supply when the operation is unexpected and avoid the platform to continue to move.
*Both upper and lower controls are protected by shields;
*All actions are controlled on the workbench with the operating handle, the motor is stepless speed change, effectively prolonging the service life of the battery and the motor, the motor only consumes the energy at work. The multi-motor structure is adopted, and the walking and lifting are completed by different motors. When the boom is in any position, the working platform can walk safely, and the walking speed decreases with the increase of the lifting height;
*The machine is equipped with an intelligent charging system, using automatic charger, can automatically complete the charging process, the battery will automatically stop charging after fully recharged.
Hydraulic System
*The main hydraulic components and control components are imported brand products, high reliability;
*The hydraulic system has automatic pressure compensation and load sensing functions to ensure that the oil pump and the engine are not damaged due to overload;
*Equipped with emergency descent device, when the engine or main oil pump failure, can make the work bucket safely down to the ground;
*Boom expansion, amplitude variation, rotation and platform walking can be carried out simultaneously;
*Install a safety valve on the hydraulic circuit to prevent abnormal pressure buildup in the hydraulic components;
*The static pressure leveling system is adopted for the work bucket. Compared with the traditional electro-hydraulic leveling system, the static pressure leveling system runs more smoothly, has higher reliability, and more importantly, can avoid the misoperation caused by electrical faults.
