Signs That Your Forklift Hydraulic Hoses Need Replacement
Hydraulic hoses are mostly made of rubber and will wear to varying degrees over time. Regular inspection and timely replacement of your forklift hydraulic hose can better protect your forklift's hydraulic system.
When the following signs appear, it means you need to replace your hydraulic hose:
1. Hydraulic fluid leakage: If you find that the hydraulic fluid of your forklift is leaking, it indicates that there is a problem with the hydraulic hose and you need to replace it with a new hydraulic hose immediately.
2. Cracks or wear in the hydraulic hose: Usually, to extend the service life of the hydraulic hose, steel wire materials are used to reinforce it.
