Forklift Engine Crankshaft
The forklift engine crankshaft is the most important part of the engine. The forklift engine crankshaft receives the force from the connecting rod and converts it into torque to output through the crankshaft and drive other forklift accessories to work.
In order to reduce the mass of the crankshaft of the forklift engine and the centrifugal force generated during the movement, the crankshaft journal of the forklift engine is often made hollow. An oil hole is opened on the journal surface of each forklift engine crankshaft, so as to introduce or extract engine oil to lubricate the journal surface. In order to reduce the stress concentration, the joints of the main shaft neck, crank pin, and crank arm are all connected by a transition arc.
