Product Description
Product Title: Hydraulic Clutch Gear
Product Model: 11243-82051 Forklift Transmission Parts

Hydraulic Clutch Gear
The hydraulic clutch gear is one of the parts of the forklift hydraulic clutch assembly. There are several gears in the forklift hydraulic clutch, this is the forward gear.
Working Principle of Forklift Hydraulic Clutch
Forklift hydraulic multi-plate clutches use hydraulic pressure to drive gears. When the forklift clutch is engaged, the hydraulic pressure in the clutch piston forces a set of helical spring parts, driving a set of clutch discs and friction discs against a fixed pressure disc.
Forklift clutch friction plates have internal teeth at the inner edge to engage with the external teeth on the clutch drum. When the hydraulic pressure in the clutch piston of the forklift is reduced, the clutch is disengaged under the action of the spring.
