This product proposes the dressing method of milling instead of grinding, using the working mode of one positioning and disposable cutting, which can quickly remove the pushing margin of the rail bottom, achieve the purpose of leveling the rail bottom welding path, greatly improve the work efficiency, and reduce the labor intensity of personnel.
Working principle: extend the front part of the holder into the bottom of the rail, and move the lock and moving rod to fix the equipment at the bottom of the rail. After starting the engine, adjust the maximum throttle, the clutch is combined with the power transmission to the speed reduction box, and then transmitted to the milling cutter spindle through the sprocket chain. The milling cutter runs quickly and shakes counterclockwise into the hand wheel for milling. After milling, turn the handwheel clockwise and return. Turn off the engine and remove the equipment to a safe area.
